April Lockhart

April Lockhart is a born on July 4th, 1995. At the age of seven she started to take guitar lessons and piano lessons. The lessons ignited her interest to write songs. At the age of 12 April wrote her first song Different. At the age of 14 years old, April was spending a lot of time writing lyrics and perfecting her musicianship ability. Over the next few months she began to take trips to write along with her father, on trips to LA as well as NY. The month of April also included other themes in the book, Take My Hand, for her pals who were struggling issues with bullying, disabilities or even suicide. Lockhart is a partner at famous clean beauty brand Ilia and also is an influencer in the lifestyle industry with her own growing fan base. It's true that she was born with no left hand, and it creates her unique. It's not the only thing about her. Lockhart isn't shy about mentioning her disability on her Instagram account However, she doesn't really concentrate on the account. What's the message? The message? We have many different aspects, that our identities and physical selves are not all that they appear. Lockhart declared in video form that she does not want to be defined solely by her disability. She does not want to work as a disability advocate who focuses on that. There are so many aspects to Lockhart. And it doesn't affect my daily life. I conduct all the things I normally do and I've developed ways to manage circumstances. This is a major component of my daily life, and it's imperative for us to speak about the subject. Lockhart's self-acceptance journey is a journey that's going to last a lifetime, but she can be a role model with regard to this. She admits that she has been through times when she was uncomfortable sporting certain clothes that revealed her arms. She wears whatever she wants and proudly posts pictures of herself dressed in outfits she wears on social media. Self-love she said can be described as a trip. "I doubt you will ever be there," she said. It's a trip, but I'm not convinced that you will ever make it to the end. The people that you associate yourself with who truly know you, and can see into your heart, are those that will help you remember about the importance of your life.
